RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- TrekTech will issue the refund as soon as the product(s) has been received. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before the refund appears.
Damaged Products:If a product is damaged due to our error or you are unhappy with the product please contact our support team at email@example.com
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Sale Items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
Lost or Stolen Packages
TrekTech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TrekTech will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Sale items (if applicable):
- Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not receive a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be given the return address to send your product to.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
